This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, costs, payment terms, and tax obligations.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Shipping Carrier: We partner with trusted international couriers, depending on the order size and destination.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after full payment confirmation (see Payment Terms below).
  • Delivery Time: Approximately 4–6 weeks from dispatch, depending on customs clearance, holidays, or other factors.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external circumstances.

Shipping Costs

  • Recommended Box Weight: 20 kg for optimal shipping efficiency.
  • Minimum Order: £135.00 per box.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)

  • All shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, per Incoterms.
  • The buyer is responsible for customs clearance in the United Kingdom and must verify import regulations before purchase.
  • Duty taxes, VAT/GST, and any other import fees are not included in the order total and are the buyer’s responsibility, as determined by UK customs authorities.
  • FAIR Market is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or additional charges incurred.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only to the United Kingdom.
  • Certain products (e.g., specific supplements or cosmetics with restricted ingredients) may have shipping limitations due to international regulations. These will be clearly indicated on our website.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at marketing@fairness-world.com with your order number and issue details.
  • We will collaborate with the courier to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
