Refund Policy

Overview

At FAIR Marketing, we strive to ensure you receive the highest quality Japanese cosmetics and supplements. Due to the nature of our products and international shipping, we have a strict return and refund policy to maintain fairness and efficiency. Please review the details below.

Return and Refund Eligibility

  • No Refunds or Cancellations After Payment: Refunds or order cancellations are not permitted after payment has been made, except in cases where the wrong item was shipped.
  • If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at marketing@fairness-world.com with your order number, details of the issue, and photographic evidence of the incorrect item.
  • Upon verification, we will either send the correct item or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs paid, at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Due to health and safety regulations, cosmetics and supplements cannot be returned unless they are unopened, in their original packaging, and the wrong item was shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at marketing@fairness-world.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, subject to our review and verification.

Shipping and Customs

  • As outlined in our Shipping Policy, all shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The buyer is responsible for customs clearance, duty taxes, VAT/GST, and any other import fees, which are not refundable under any circumstances.
  • FAIR Marketing is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs processes.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return for an incorrect item:

  1. Contact us at marketing@fairness-world.com within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence.
  2. We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item, if applicable.
  3. Approved returns must be shipped back to FAIR Inc. at the buyer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.
  4. Once the return is received and verified, we will process the replacement or refund within 7-10 business days.
